My approach to yoga therapy is holistic, heart-centered, and grounded in decades of education, personal experience, and intuitive care. With over 800 hours of accredited yoga training, a background in healing arts since 2004, and a science degree in geology, I bring both structure and soul to the work we’ll do together. My journey—through profound loss, deep love, and radical rebirth—informs the sacred container we create for your healing.
